Neha Sinha
Neha Sinha is a dementia specialist who has garnered international acclaim for her pioneering work in developing dementia services in India. She began her illustrious career as a counselor with Sanjivini, a non-governmental organization based in Delhi dedicated to mental health. Her commitment and passion for mental health care soon led her to co-found Epoch Elder Care. She initially served as the Head of Operations and later ascended to the position of CEO.
Under Neha's guidance, Epoch Elder Care has flourished, becoming India's foremost authority in dementia care and assisted living for the elderly. With over a decade of experience, Epoch Elder Care is committed to providing compassionate and comprehensive care tailored to the unique needs of each individual and has become India’s expert in Dementia Care and Assisted Living for elders ( www.epocheldercare.com ).
In 2021, Age Care Labs, the platform anchored by Lumis to build, buy, and invest in businesses in senior care, acquired Epoch Elder Care. Since then, Epoch has more than doubled its capacity. Epoch has expanded its offerings to include dementia day care, dementia family consultations, caregiver training programs, awareness initiatives, and cognitive stimulation services. With this growth momentum, Epoch plans to expand even more aggressively over the next three years.
Neha was featured in the Forbes 30 under 30 Asia list in 2016. She was a panelist and is one of the 100 selected worldwide participants to be invited to Dementia Forum X, which is under the patronage of Queen Silvia of Sweden at the Royal Palace of Stockholm. In this Forum, Neha has brought focus to the dementia-related challenges in India, as a developing country. Given her experience and expertise, she has written many articles and is invited to speak at various forums on dementia and elder care at national and international forums.
Neha has always harbored a deep passion for working with the elderly, driven by a heartfelt commitment to making a difference in the field of dementia and elder care in India. Her journey began in the tender years of her childhood, profoundly influenced by the cherished presence of her grandparents, Dadu and Dida. As the only grandchild, Neha shared a unique and special bond with them, filled with moments of love, wisdom, and joy. This bond took a poignant turn one fateful day when her beloved grandmother was diagnosed with Alzheimer’s disease. The diagnosis left an indelible mark on the young mind of Neha, stirring a sense of purpose and determination within her. Witnessing the gradual decline of her Dida, deeply affected Neha.
As Neha grew older, her resolve to bring about positive change in the realm of elder care only strengthened. She immersed herself in understanding the intricacies of dementia, seeking ways to alleviate the challenges faced by those afflicted and their families. Her educational pursuits and professional endeavors were all aligned with her mission to enhance the quality of life for the elderly, especially those battling cognitive impairments.
Enterprising Neha has the farsightedness to improve the lives of people with dementia and is endowed with sensitivity belief, grit, and passion for establishing eldercare homes that provide comfort and happiness to elders. The world views the elder’s life in shades of grey and silver, but she believes in a palette full of colors.

Vibhor Mago
Vibhor heads overall strategy and corporate development at Epoch, and looks after diversifying and growing new lines of revenue. In addition, he actively supports fundraising, investor relations and M&A at Age Care Labs - Epoch’s parent platform that builds and invests in businesses that enable active aging for seniors in India.
Passionate about healthcare and tech, Vibhor helped co-create the healthcare investment practice at Lumis Partners, which later pivoted to senior care, ageing science, and longevity as part of Age Care Labs. Prior to that, he looked after early and late-stage transactions in diverse sectors as part of the investment team at Lumis. Earlier in his career, he worked with EY on transaction support for several companies in M&A, disposals, and fundraisings. He started his career in corporate finance and revenue management at EDF Energy (London, UK). Vibhor holds a Masters in Finance from the University of Exeter, UK, and is a graduate from the University of Delhi.
Vibhor loves his tennis, Formula 1, rookie bartending, and Quora. He loves to travel and soak in new cultures and culinary experiences. He's also an automobile nerd, you'll usually find him drooling over all things cars.
Kumar Vivek
A Chartered Accountant, Vivek worked as a consultant with Walker, Chandiok & Co., and as an analyst with InterContinental Hotel Group before starting his own accounting firm in 2013. With over 13 years of experience, Vivek specializes in market entry consulting and has assisted small and mid-sized foreign subsidiaries to set up their entities in India. He holds a firm understanding of Indian corporate tax and regulatory laws and has resolved a lot of complex matters for his clients. While continuing with his firm, he was introduced to Epoch to assist on a specific regulatory matter which marked the start to the relationship that has now stayed strong for 6+ years. An avid backpacker, Vivek has ventured across the globe including some of the remotest and lesser-known parts of the world, and has an incredibly diverse experience with culture, people, and food!
Pranab Saxena
Pranab brings on board 22 years of rich and varied work experience from the hospitality industry spread across hotels and the childcare sector. An alumnus of the prestigious National Council for Hotel Management & Catering Technology (NCHMCT) New Delhi and a MBA in Marketing from Symbiosis Pune, Pranab has worked across most well known hotel brands such as The Oberoi, Marriott, Taj, Imperial, Lemon Tree and The Park driving the sales & marketing function for a period of 15 years.
In his last assignment, Pranab was designated as the Chief Business Officer with Ipsaa Preschool & Daycare where he was instrumental in scaling up the business from 22 centres to signing-up 100+ centres in a journey of 7 years. He was also the driver behind onboarding 100+ corporates including setting up of 50 onsite captive centres located inside corporate client campuses.
His hobbies include listening to music, spending quality time with family and frequent road trips. Lastly but not the least he is a self proclaimed die hard biryani lover!
Dr. Prasita Nair
Dr. Prasita is our Clinical Head, bringing over 18 years of clinical experience to the role, where she oversees the care plans for each resident across all Epoch Homes. A former defence personnel, she served as a Short Service Commissioned Officer (Captain) in the Indian Army's Military Nursing Service for five years. Dr. Prasita is a registered nurse with an MBA in Clinical Administration from Lucknow University and a PhD in Management. She has completed specialized Dementia Training from Silviahemmet and Basic Life Support (BLS) training from Vidyanta Skill Institute, affiliated with the American Heart Association. Recognized for her leadership, she was awarded the North India Women Leader in 2022.
Dr. Prasita is committed to maintaining the highest standards of care at Epoch through best global practices, establishing herself as a leading figure in the elder care industry. She finds great fulfilment in building relationships with residents and enhancing their quality of life. An adventure enthusiast, Dr. Prasita enjoys activities such as bungee jumping, skydiving, and biking in her leisure time. Art and craft are among her cherished hobbies, bringing her great happiness and calmness.
