Dr. Prem is a geriatrician and has experience of 8 years in the field of elderly care. His major objective is to establish a strong framework for holistic elderly care through comprehensive multidisciplinary assessment and interdisciplinary interventions both at hospital and home. He is currently the Chief Consultant in Geriatric Medicine and Elderly Care Specialist in the Department of Geriatric Medicine at Jaslok Hospital, Mumbai. He is MD, Geriatric Medicine from Amrita Institute of Medical Sciences, Kochi and has done a senior residency at the Department of Geriatric Medicine, All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS), New Delhi.

Dr. Soumik Kalita, has over 2 decades of experience, in rural and urban healthcare. Dr. Soumik Kalita has been trained in Medicine, critical care and Family Medicine from India and has a Master’s in Public Health from Israel. In the past, he was in a global role as Director of Medical Affairs in a multinational company, Associate Professor of Chronic Disease Epidemiology with an international public health school, research scientist of the South Asia Cochrane Centre and the head of preventive care in a corporate hospital. He was the Co-founder of Prima Clinics a chain of urban clinics, founded in 2009 from which he exited in 2011. The chain continues to exist in a new avatar today. He is passionate about primary care, chronic disease epidemiology, and evidence-based healthcare. Dr. Soumik Kalita is a long-distance runner, a cyclist and practices lifestyle medicine. He is also a faculty for a programme run by CMC Vellore to train doctors in India, in the field of family medicine.

He has 13 years of experience in the medical field, and has completed his Masters in Emergency Medicine, Postgraduate Fellowship in Accident and Emergency Medicine from Christian Medical College & Hospital, Vellore, Post Graduate Course in EMS. He currently practices at Sirius Wellness And Outreach Medical Services Pvt. Ltd. in Kharadi(Pune) and is the Executive Director & Head of Clinical Services over there.
